INSIDE SALES AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE (Intern)

About the role:
The Inside Sales and Admin exec play a crucial role in the operation and success of the company's B2C and B2B online marketplace platform business with a primary focus on driving sales through proactive outreach to sales leads while administrative roles are essential for the efficient management and operation of insurance policies and services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Tasks:
• Follow-Up and Closing Sales: Proactively following up with leads to nurture relationships,
address questions or concerns, and ultimately secure sales closures.
• Conduct Consultative Sales: Engage with leads to understand their insurance needs,
provide expert advice, and recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to their
requirements.
• Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate insurance quotes based on client information,
coverage options, and pricing models provided by insurance carriers
• CRM Management: Utilize Internal system to track interactions with leads, update lead
status, client information, and follow-up activities.

2. Administrative Tasks:
• Admin Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of policies,
endorsements, and payments to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Customer Service: Provide responsive and courteous customer service to clients,
addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience throughout the
policy lifecycle.
• Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks such as insurer meeting,
insurer online training, preparing reports, and supporting other team members as
needed.

Requirement
• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
•*****attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-spoken and written in English and BM
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner and self-initiative
