About the Role:
As a Training Instructor/Manager at AERO for the ASLi - AECTC project, you will spearhead our aviation training programs, integrating university-level curriculum with advanced simulation technologies. Your expertise in flight simulation programs, particularly XPlane and Prepar3D, along with knowledge of FAA/Jeppesen Part 61, CASA PPL, and EASA PPL standards, will be critical in delivering top-tier, regulatory-compliant training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage aviation training programs, utilizing XPlane and Prepar3D flight simulation software to enrich the training experience.
- Align training content with FAA/Jeppesen Part 61, CASA PPL, and EASA PPL standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Incorporate university curriculum and project work into training programs, maintaining academic and practical relevance.
- Stay abreast of advancements in flight simulation technology and educational trends in aviation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, focusing on both theoretical and practical aspects of aviation.
- Lead and support a team of trainers, promoting an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Aviation, Education, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a training instructor or manager, with a background in university-level aviation education.
- In-depth knowledge of XPlane and Prepar3D flight simulation software.
- Familiarity with FAA/Jeppesen Part 61, CASA PPL, and EASA PPL training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective, engaging, and regulation-compliant training programs.

Budgeted Salary: RM6,000-10,000 (Negotiable based on Years of Experience)
