How to make sure that this sessions is private and confidential
My client privacy and safety is my priority. I want my client feel safe when telling me their story and they could be honest about their problem. Honesty is the best policy. To ensure my client privacy are protected there are few precautions that i taken: 1. All sessions are conduct through call and no video calling! this to ensure my client faces couldn't be seen. 2. NO PERSONAL QUESTION ARE REQUIRED!! I will not asking personal details so my client identity remained secret as well as mine! 3. Communications platform and voice changer I will be using discord as communication platform, but client could request any platform that they believe the safe and comfortable with. I highly recomend that my client to use voice changer to be feel safer! 4. There's no recording allowed, any type recording are prohibited without client consent. I will just write some notes to help me communicate with you even better!
