Aerosim (HK) Limited is an Aviation Technology and Solutions company developing and utilising the latest synthetic aviation technology. Our service scope extends into the Education market focusing on enquiry based and blended learning through STEM
education with aviation application. We lower the entry barrier for both the aviation and education sectors. We currently provide courses utilising our flight simulation devices together with our self-developed training curriculum.

Position : E-Commerce Officer [Full Time]

Responsibilities :

- Arrange booking order and logistics arrangements of the online shop
- Handle customers enquiries about products and orders
- Plan and control products inventory
- Analyze sales performance and organize activities to boost sales
- Brainstorm ideas for posts on social media platforms
- Explore new business opportunities through conducting marketing research

Requirements :

- Degree holder or above in E-commerce, digital marketing or other related
disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing online shops or B2C, experience in
the aviation industry is not necessary but an added advantage
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Detail-oriented, good organizational skills, and able to multi-task
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position

Salary: RM3,500
