We lower the entry barrier for both the aviation and education sectors. We currently provide courses utilising our flight simulation devices together with our self-developed training curriculum.

About the Role:
As a Designer at AERO, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual communication and online presence. Your responsibilities will include designing engaging artwork and web pages that effectively convey our brand in the aviation training industry. This role is perfect for someone who combines artistic flair, marketing acumen, and technical web design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling marketing materials, including digital and print ads, brochures, and presentations.
- Design and maintain our website, focusing on user experience and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise creative strategies for promoting our products and services.
- Produce high-quality visual content for various digital platforms, including social media and*****campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and technologies, applying them innovatively in our marketing and web design projects.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, web design, and digital marketing.
- A strong portfolio that showcases a diverse range of design work, particularly in web and marketing areas.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and web design tools.
- Creative and effective visual communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work on cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
- A passion for aviation and a keen interest in contributing to the aviation training sector.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing and web design trends.
- Ability to translate marketing goals into creative strategies and compelling designs.
- Familiarity with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

Budgeted Salary: RM4,000-RM7,000 (Negotiable based on Years of Experience)
