Aerosim (HK) Limited is an Aviation Technology and Solutions company developing and utilising the latest synthetic aviation technology. Our service scope extends into the Education market focusing on enquiry based and blended learning through STEM
education with aviation application. We lower the entry barrier for both the aviation and education sectors. We currently provide courses utilising our flight simulation devices together with our self-developed training curriculum.

Position : Hardware Engineer [Full Time]

Job Responsibilities :

Support the engineering team of Aerosim (HK) in flight simulator hardware development, production, quality control, and maintenance. Depending on merit, skills, and interest displayed during employment, candidate could be assigned to specialize in one, several, or all functions. Job placement will be located in production site.

Job Duty :

- Assist with flight simulator production and assembly, including but not limited to mechanical frame and PCB assemblies
- Streamlining production
- Support new product development processes
- Occasional off-site simulator device maintenance/repair
- Ad-hoc duties

Skills and Experiences Requirements :

- Holds Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent -- fresh graduates welcome
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Hardware prototyping (electronics and mechanical assemblies), preferably had been involved in engineering projects
- Basic manufacturing operations (e.g. drilling, sawing, laser-cut, 3D printing) - Soldering (wires, SMD, through hole)
- (Preferable) Proficiency in CAD software; Solidworks is a plus
- (Preferable) Proficiency in PCB design software; Altium is a plus
- (Preferable) Microsoft Excel
