About the Role:
As a Project Assistant specializing in Mobile Device Management (MDM) at AERO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our Apple device ecosystem. This position is key to maintaining the operational integrity and security of our devices, which are vital for our advanced aviation training programs. Your efforts will be central to ensuring the scalability and efficiency of our technology infrastructure as AERO grows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement MDM strategies for a diverse range of Apple products, focusing on supporting our aviation training objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate essential applications and ensure seamless functionality across our Apple device network.
- Monitor and manage the performance, security, and compliance of our expanding fleet of Apple devices.
- Provide expert guidance in the deployment and ongoing management of Apple products, particularly iPads, tailored to our training needs.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in MDM and Apple technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our training infrastructure.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Mobile Device Management, particularly with iOS devices.
- Understanding of network security protocols and data protection.
- Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to stay current with new techniques in corporate teaching and professional development.

Preferred Skills:
- A strong passion for aviation and enthusiasm for contributing to the advancement of aviation training technology.
- A keen interest and willingness to explore and innovate in the era of digitalization, particularly in the aviation industry.
- Familiarity with Apple's deployment programs, such as Apple School Manager and Apple Business Manager.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-direction and resourcefulness.

Budgeted Salary: RM4,000-RM7,000 (Negotiable based on Years of Experience)
